Our standard limited warranty assures the printer case, electronics, and printhead will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Datamax-O’Neil offers several additional warranty options, ranging from extensions of the standard limited warranty to Priority service to Printer Express overnight exchange to a no-fault Comprehensive Service option. |
