Standard Warranty

Datamax-O’Neil offers one of the best warranties in the industry on thermal printers.  Our standard limited warranty assures the printer case, electronics, and printhead will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. 

The standard warranty for most Datamax-O’Neil printers is one year.  Our microFlash and PrintPad series are covered for two years.  All peripherals and accessories include a standard limited warranty of ninety days.
