Under the Printer Express program, Datamax-O’Neil will manage an inventory of customer-owned printers which are used to replace defective units sent in for repair.
Upon notification of a customer’s failed printer, a replacement printer will be shipped out on the same day. Once received from the customer, the defective printer will be repaired and placed into the managed inventory program and become available for overnight exchange should another customer printer need service.
