Business Solutions Magazine Survey Ranks Datamax-O’Neil with Best Channel Products
Datamax-O’Neil printers voted best products by resellers in one of the largest surveys of its kind
ORLANDO, FL – September 1, 2009 - Datamax-O’Neil, a global provider of label and receipt printing solutions, was selected by Business Solutions magazine VAR subscribers as offering three of the "best channel products". The survey results were published in Business Solutions’ September 2009 issue. It was one of the largest surveys of its kind, with more than 19,830 votes from 2,186 completed surveys.
The Datamax-O’Neil microFlash 4te was named one of the top mobile barcode printer and the best wireless mobile printer. One survey respondent summed up the 4te as "built to last and easy to maintain". The Datamax-O’Neil I-Class printer was given high marks in the bar code printer category. The I-Class was described with comments including "…they keep running and running…built like a Mercedes".

Survey participants were asked to rate products on five criteria: richness of features/functionality, product reliability/durability, ease of integration, ease of upgrade, and VARs ability to service. To ensure statistical accuracy, Business Solutions partnered with Penn State University to tabulate results.
