Product Specialist - Stationary (Level 3) - Global
In the scope of Global Technical Support, the GTS Product Specialist is instrumental in assisting Partners and Operations’ Teams in both pre-sales and post-sales support for all assigned products and software. This requires in-depth knowledge / understanding of all Datamax-O’Neil (D-O) stationary products, features, specifications, performance parameters, and customer applications.
Primary focus and activity is to support global Partners and Regional Technical Support Teams on resolving all customer issues that have escalated to Orlando HQ.
With regard to Pre-Sales Support, the GTS Product Specialist performs the following:
Complete necessary training for D-O Portable Products to gain reasonable knowledge.
With regard to Post-Sales Support, the GTS Product Specialist performs the following:
